Democrats Are Rushing To STOP Kamala

Democrats seem frightened that if VP Kamala Harris is forthright about the policy solutions to undo the administration’s mistakes, they would lose the Senate, the House, and the presidential race.

Ahead of her Friday economic plans speech in North Carolina, Harris—who hasn’t given an unscripted press conference since entering the race—is receiving requests to both hide from the media and keep her suggested policies a secret.

However, Harris has already released a number of plans, including homeowner subsidies, socialist-style pricing controls, and two measures that are identical to the Trump-Vance campaign: a child tax credit and a tip tax exemption.

She is not required to bargain with herself. Right now, we have the largest tent we can find,” Representative Ann McLane Kuster (Dem-NH) told Politico. “I don’t see any compelling reason for her to try to exclude any viewpoints at this time.”

While some Democrats expressed excitement at Harris’s campaign’s honeymoon period, others cautioned against taking any action that might put a stop to it.

One House Democrat from a competitive area claimed that “they [voters] have very little awareness about who she is and what her work has actually been.” “They know about Trump. They’re aware of his policies. They’re unaware of Kamala. Kamala thus has a tremendous deal of space to identify herself at this time.

According to a recent study, 70% of registered Dems and independents who supported President Biden in 2020 are mostly unaware of many of Senator Harris’s contentious and extreme stances.

It appears that the warnings are starting to stick. According to many individuals familiar with the conversations, advisors to the Harris campaign are concerned that disclosing the “thorny details” of their economic plan in public may hurt the campaign.

“Rather, they anticipate slight adjustments in emphasis that emphasize her background and top goals” to conceal the specifics of her program “because of apprehensions from several Democrats that disclosing an extensive plan may expose the vice president to censure from Republicans and fellow party members,” the Journal stated.

The national press secretary for the Trump campaign, Karoline Leavitt, attacked Harris in a statement, saying, “Kamala has to stop insulting the intellect of people and speak for herself to explain why she is fleeing from every liberal agenda she has ever supported.” “The mainstream media must demand answers and cease supporting her falsehoods.”

Since June 24, 2024, Harris has not been the subject of a TV interview by the media. She allegedly faced questions from the media eight months prior, on December 2, 2023, during a solo news conference.

Harris may be using a “basement” media campaign, among other reasons, to influence policy discussions inside her own party. Unidentified campaign assistants purportedly changed their minds on five of her extreme-left initiatives, including fracking and socialized medicine.

Regarding Harris’s pledge to outlaw fracking, Pittsburgh Works Together executive director Jeff Nobers told the Washington Post, “There’s already doubt about exactly what she thinks and what she would do.” “And what is her energy policy strategy if she is against a fracking ban?”
