New MAGA Rally! Trump And Elon Musk Stand Defiant Together

Former President Donald Trump held a gathering in the same spot as the first attempt on his life, in Butler, Pennsylvania.

On Saturday, Trump went back to the same spot where Thomas Matthew Crooks opened fire at a gathering on July 13, hurting the 45th president and others. Corey Comperatore was killed by the shooter.

Trump said that Comperatore had died and thanked his family for being there.

Trump said, “It is 6:11, 12 weeks to the minute that the killing started. Please join me in a moment of silence.”

Finally, Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, joined the former president. He walked up to the stage and gave a short speech.

A joke about Musk’s all-black Make America Great Again cap said, “Hi everyone! As you can see, I’m not just MAGA, I am dark MAGA.”

“First, I want to say how proud I am to be here. Second, you know, the real test of a person’s character is how they handle stress, right?” he asked. “We also had a president who couldn’t go up a flight of stairs and one who pumped his hand during a shooting.”

He laughed and said, “Just bother everyone. You know, everyone on the street: Vote, vote, vote!”

Musk also said, “Fight, fight, fight, vote, vote, vote.”

John D. Vance (R-Ohio), Trump’s running mate, also went to the gathering and spoke.

“This event in Butler is a metaphor for the United States of America,” Vance said. “We can turn any loss into a win.”

Before the event, the Secret Service said that it had improved its security plan because of the close attention it received after the shooting at the July gathering and the September attempt on Trump.

Their promise was that they had “made complete changes and enhancements” to their tools and ways of communicating.

In a statement, spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said, “The former President is getting extra protection, and we take our duty to make sure he is safe and secure very seriously.”
